Custody Compass is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a law firm, not a lawyer, and not legal advice. Confirm every date against your signed order and a lawyer if you need advice. Dates in the calendar are a reading of the rules you confirmed. Your signed order controls if they differ.

You are responsible for the messages, photos, and locations you store. Import only records you have a right to keep. Do not use a live location link to follow someone who has not been given that link by you for a specific exchange or lawyer.

The co-parent link is a convenience for schedule trades. Whoever holds the link can answer it. The app does not verify that person’s identity. It is not service of process and it is not a required parenting app. An agreement you record yourself is labeled accepted offline. Exports of your own record are free in this version. There is no paid gate on download or print.

The service is provided as a personal tool, without a warranty that a judge, mediator, or opposing counsel will accept a printout. Keep originals of anything you may need later.
